Tommy Spinola spent a lifetime working with others to make a difference. This Memorial Foundation was created with the goal of honoring his legacy in the Norwalk Community. All profits will be donated to local charities and/or awarded as scholarships to Norwalk youths who have exemplified the traits that Tommy valued most.
